Our Bricco Paris, with its Eastern and Western exposure, supports us in the cool years as well as in the hot ones. We select only the best bunches;spontaneous fermentation and mostly whole berries, slow extraction and 6 days maceration in steel barrel; finally refinement in cement barrel.
