Part of the grapes come from the vineyard below our winery, with Western exposure, here we get more complexity and structure; the remaining grapes come from the vineyard where our “ciabot” (traditional rural hut used by vine gower) is located. This vineyard gives us freshness and acidity also in the dryest years.

10 days maceration in steel, refinement 70% in concrete barrel and 30% in Austrian Oak tonneaux, for 10 months.
